According to the Rector’s Decision no. 334/2021 of 8 December 2021, in the period from 20 December 2021 to 9 January 2022, all classes shall be taught remotely.

You can still register for the first dose (for unvaccinated individuals) and a booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

We would like to invite students, doctoral candidates, academics and administrative staff to take part in the Second Language Tandem Kick-Off Meeting. During the meeting, we will present the project and explain how you can use it to learn foreign languages. Below you can find the agenda for the meeting and the link for registration.

The Library Training Course will be available: October 25 - November- 5, 2021  (for all students who study in English as the language of instruction)

The training will be available till October 15, 2021 through the Microsoft Teams. In case of any questions please contact:

We predict that education (in all forms) will be conducted in the mixed-mode, which means remote classes for large lecture and seminar groups and in-person classes in all other cases.

Information on an obligatory trip for the students of the 1st semester of IDEAS programme

Collection of student ID cards from October 1 with the confirmation of the payment (22 PLN into individual student account from USOS) and after taking the academic oath in USOS (available in USOS from October 1)

Registration via USOSweb will start on October 6th, 2021 (Wednesday) at 7 p.m. and will last until October, 8th (Friday) until 12 (midday). Subjects from the current semester and repeated subjects will be available during this registration. 

Student ID Cards (not extended due to the COVID 19 pandemic) will expire on October 14, 2021

The students of the 1st semester of IDEAS program will be registerd for the 2nd semester automatically by the Deans Office according to the following rules (except from the Foreign Languages and Physical Education):

Erasmus+ Office of PW invite all students interested in participating in Erasmus+ programme to the information meeting.

The Warsaw University of Technology has entered the workplace vaccination programme, aimed primarily at our students (including international students) - Registration for the vaccinations will be open from 8.00 on 24 May (Monday) until 23.59 on 26 May (Wednesday).
