The conference will be preceded by the opening ceremony of the Community Pavilion, designed and built within the A3 course - Architecture of Technology and Structure - Context and Meaning at WAPW, led by Prof. Anna Maria Wierzbicka and the team.
The opening ceremony will take place on Sunday, 29 June 2025, at the Royal Łazienki Museum in Warsaw - next to the Hermitage building.

CONFERENCE FEE:
The conference fee is 500 PLN for all participants and includes active, on-site participation in the two-day conference (with a certificate), the possibility of publishing a short paper in the scientific monograph PW 20 points (from the list of MNiSW), two-day catering, and conference materials.

In the title, please indicate: Name_Surname
For multi-author submissions (up to 5 co-authors), at least one co-author of the paper must attend the conference on-site. Additionally, each co-author is required to register for the conference to confirm their authorship of the published short paper (due to the possibility of publication).

SUBMISSION OF A PAPER - EDITORIAL GUIDELINES
Please complete submissions in English only.
Participants are required to provide the following:
- The title of the paper (up to 150 characters).
- The paper in English (between 500 and 560 words).
- A bibliography (3 to 5 references), formatted in APA style.
Each paper may have up to five co-authors. Due to a limited number of slots in the conference program, the Scientific Committee will determine the eligibility of submitted short papers for presentation as conference speeches. Information regarding the acceptance of a paper for presentation will be provided by the organisers after reviewing the submitted applications no later than 13 May 2025.
Papers receiving a positive review from the Scientific Committee but not selected for presentation will be published in the WUT monograph by the Warsaw University of Technology Publishing House (awarded 20 points by MNiSW).
A consent form for publication by the Warsaw University of Technology Publishing House will be sent to the authors at a later stage.
KEY DATES:
- 23 April 2025: Deadline for submission of applications (short paper),
- 13 May 2025: Notification of accepted submissions (papers presented at the conference and papers for publication in a monograph),
- 23 May 2025: Deadline for payment of the conference fee,
- 26 May 2025: Deadline for registration without a paper,
- 5 June 2025: Announcement of the conference program,
- 12 June 2025: Deadline for submission of presentations by conference speakers (in .ppt or .pdf format),
- 29 June 2025: Opening of the Community Pavilion,
- 30 June – 1 July 2025: Conference.
