GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING A SPEECH, ARTICLE AND POSTER
By November 30, 2023, please send your poster files (editable version and PDF file) to the conference address: anna.tofiluk@pw.edu.pl. Files submitted by this date will be printed by the Organizer. If the files are not sent by the indicated date, the Poster Author will print and deliver the poster himself/herself on the day of the conference.
The Poster should include information on the introduction presenting the research or project problem being undertaken against the background of the literature on the subject, the main research question, and the research
objective and/or research hypotheses. The second part should contain concise information about the research material and methods used, as well as how the research was conducted or how the design problem was solved. The third part serves to present the research results and conclusions. Please present only the most important information in an abbreviated form.
The poster should include illustrations, diagrams or tables. They should be placed before the list of literature, in the summary section. Captions should be placed under the figures.
The poster should be prepared in paper format B1 (70x100cm), if possible according to the attached scheme.
Please consider the above guidelines as general guidelines, if the idea for the poster slightly deviates from them will also be accepted. Please only adhere very strictly to the guidelines related to the format.
