Information about Faculty during COVID-19

Pursuant to the binding Regulation no. 110/2021 of the Warsaw University of Technology Rector of 18.11.2021 on the functioning of WUT during the COVID-19 epidemic it is absolutely mandatory to:

• cover the mouth and nose at the Faculty premises,
• immediately inform the Dean’s Office (email: sekretariat.arch@pw.edu.pl) of the occurrence of symptoms indicating the possibility of a SARS-CoV-2 virus infection or of contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19, in accordance with the procedures laid down in §9 of the abovementioned regulation.

Everyone who is at present in isolation due SARS-CoV-2 virus infection or suspects COVID-19 infection should immediately report this to the email address sekretariat.arch@pw.edu.pl providing information on the isolation period and the date of the last contact with Faculty students, lecturers and staff members.

If you observe disease symptoms, you can:

• have a remote medical appointment with your medical centre or
• report your suspicion of a Covid-19 infection through an online form on the website www.gov.pl in the tab ”Coronavirus information and recommendations” (on the left), then “Register for a coronavirus test”, complete the form, which, if you meet the requirements, will generate a 5-digit code with which you will be able to undergo a Covid-19 test
