We want to thank everyone who has registered.

Please be advised that:
 

1. 1.      Conference participants will be able to publish full scientific texts in a scientific journal or multi-author scientific monograph.

Due to the large number of applications, conference committees and journal editors will decide on the basis of 'abstracts' which texts will be chosen for publication.

By October 15, 2019, the authors will be individually informed to which publisher the text was addressed and where the full scientific texts will have to be uploaded.
 Until October 25, 2019, texts and attachments should be uploaded to the appropriate publisher or handed over to the scientific editor of the monograph.

Publication costs of the scientific texts are covered by the authors or the University in the affiliation of the author.

1. 2.      Publication of conference materials containing extended "Summary" of papers and information on conference patrons is planned.

By September 15, 2019, please send editable files for '"Summary"  of papers', to the conference address, i.e. conference.city-changes@pw.edu.pl

The conference publication Redefining Cities in View of Climatic Changes will be reviewed and will be published by the Warsaw University of Technology Publishing House. These materials are prepared to place the conference in Scopus and Web of Science databases.
Conference materials will also be available in an electronic version on the publishing house of the Warsaw University of Technology and in the databases of the Warsaw University of Technology library and in 20 libraries.

The cost of publishing the conference materials is covered by the Conference Organizer.

1. 3.      Presentation files can be sent  by November 15, 2019  to the following address: conference.city-changes@pw.edu.pl

For people who do not send the presentation file, there will also be the option to upload the file on the day of the conference. We ask for your arrival and registration in advance.

1. 4.      It is planned to record the presentations for streaming on the platform of the Warsaw University of Technology.

At the time of registration, you will be asked to sign the consent to record the presentations stream.

Persons participating in the poster session have the same publication conditions as the people with the paper and participate in both days of the conference with participation in dinner.

Publication information and fee:

• The multi-author monograph Redefining Cities in View of Climatic Changes and Sustainable Development Objectives, Publication of a 20 000 characters chapter with 4 grayscale illustrations. They will also be available in an electronic version on the publishing house of the Warsaw University of Technology and in the databases of the PW library: net price PLN 300, gross PLN 369;
• "Builder", the journal is on the list of projects qualified for funding under the "Support for scientific journals" program

The articles are available under Open Access conditions on the Copernicus platform, which means that for non-commercial purposes, the materials made available can be copied, printed and distributed

a) Publication of a text of about 20 000 characters with 2 illustrations (4 editorial pages)
- only in the digital version of "Builder": preferential price for the conference participant net PLN 300, gross PLN 369;

- in digital and printed versions of "Builder": preferential price PLN 500 net, gross price 615.
 b) Publication of a text with volume from 21 000 to 30 000 characters with 4 illustrations
   (6 editorial pages);

- only in the digital version of "Builder": preferential price PLN 400 net, PLN 492 gross;
-  in digital and printed versions of "Builder": preferential price net PLN 700, gross PLN 861.

• "Acta Scientiarum Polonorum Architectura", the journal is on the list of projects qualified for funding under the program "Support for scientific journals", Publisher SGGW:

- the articles are available under the terms of Open Access under the terms of the Creative Commons CC BY-NC license, which means that for non-commercial purposes, the materials made available can be copied, printed and distributed.

Publication of a text with approx. 20,000 characters, net price PLN 400, gross PLN 492.

• "Landscape and Urban Planning", Elsevier Publishing House, Impact Factor 5.144 five-year 6.571, SJR 1.834 Payments for publication have not yet been established for the participants of our conferences.

1. 5.      By November 10, 2019, please send the poster files to the conference address, i.e. conference.city-changes@pw.edu.pl. Files sent to this date will be printed by the Organizer, if the files are not sent by the date indicated, the Poster Designer will print and deliver the poster himself on the day of the conference.
2. Conference participants living outside Warsaw will be able to use the rooms reserved for conference participants, accommodation possible on November 19-21.

For persons indicated by the Conference Organizer, there will be a possibility of cheaper accommodation in the Metropol Hotel (preferential gross price for our guests is 345.60 per night with breakfast in a single room, the standard price is about PLN 460). The number of places is limited, 20 rooms are reserved.

The costs of stay are paid by the conference participant or the institution financing the participation in the conference. A conference participant with a paper or poster can register for a stay at the Metropol hotel by October 10, 2019 by contacting the hotel reception, providing the password: Conference City Changes or by registering via the link.
