Streszczenie:

Budynki wysokościowe, tj. o wysokości wynoszącej powyżej 55 m nad poziomem terenu, stanowią charakterystyczne elementy i dominanty w dużych aglomeracjach miejskich, a rozwój budownictwa wysokościowego cechuje nie tylko poszukiwanie nowych, oryginalnych form, ale też szybki postęp techniczny. Wyróżniają się budynki o wysokości ponad 400 m powstające na Bliskim Wschodzie oraz w Chinach. Ewoluująca architektura budynków wysokościowych wynika z trendów i stylów, a wykorzystywanie rozwijających się metod cyfrowych umożliwia tworzenie skomplikowanych technicznie rozwiązań przestrzennych. W architekturze prezentowanych obiektów widoczne są dwie cechy: opływowy, swobodny kształt oraz w konsekwencji wzrastająca smukłość. Istotne jest też ukierunkowanie proekologiczne, m.in. na ograniczanie zużycia energii, które często wpływa na formę obiektu. W artykule dokonano przeglądu kształtowania form przestrzennych wybranych budynków wysokościowych zaprojektowanych i zrealizowanych w XXI wieku.

Summary:

Tall buildings, i.e. at a height of more than 55 m above ground level, are characteristic and important elements and dominants in the large urban agglomerations, and the development of high constructions is characterized not only by the search for new, original forms, but also by rapid technical progress. The buildings of height over 400 m built in the Middle East and in China are particularly distinguished. The evolving architecture of tall buildings is a result of trends and styles and the use of fast developing digital methods enables the creation of technically complex spatial solutions. In the architecture of the presented objects two features are visible: streamlined, free shape and consequently increasing slenderness. Important is also focusing on the pro-ecological trend, e.g. reducing energy consumption, what often influences the object’s form. This article is an overview of creating the spatial forms of selected high-rise buildings designed and constructed in the 21st century.
