USOS system and students accounts
The USOS system is used to control your study plan and also to communicate with the University. All the subjects are declared there, you can find your grades and payments.

Registration ECTS limits for semesters (students should have at least indicated sum of points to be granted registration for particular semester):
semester 2: 20 pts
semester 3: 40
semester 4: 60
semester 5: 74
semester 6: 90
Please keep in mind that, according to registration rules, you have to collect at least 20 ECTS points per each semester (ECTS points are cumulative, so you need at least 20, 40, 60 points to be registered for next semester after 1, 2, 3rd semester of studying - respectively).
The maximum length of studies is 6 semesters. Available diploma sessions are: June, September (for diplomas in summer semester) and March (for diplomas in winter semester). After each semester there is possibility of extension of work on diploma project - upon student's written request - to November (summer semester) and June (winter semester).

WUT Library and free student's access
We want to inform you, that Main Library of Warsaw University of Technology provides free access for registered users to digital copies many important resources. All you need is to register yourself with the Library as Faculty student. Follow instructions on Library page.
Terms and Conditions of the Payment
All fees due to the Faculty should be paid into an individual account of the student available in the USOS system (except for the tuition fee for the 1st semester for foreigners, which must be paid to the CWM PW account)
The amounts of fees for courses and other forms of education at the WUT Faculty of Architecture are laid down each year by the WUT Rector upon consultation with the Dean of the WUT Faculty of Architecture and are announced in the Rector’s Decision:

Pursuant to Regulation no. 9/2021 of the Warsaw University of Technology Rector of 3 February 2021, fees for education are payable no later than within four weeks after the date of the beginning of the semester, except for the first semester, the fee for which should be paid before the beginning of the semester.
At the request of the student (PL and International students), submitted no later than one week before the payment deadline (application 24.10.2024/payment deadline 31.10.2024):
- the fees may be paid in instalments. The request for payment of the tuition fees in instalments should be submitted using the form available in the USOS system, specifying the number and amounts of instalments and the dates of payment. The application should be submitted through USOS (Student's section/ePW applications).
- International students applying for full or partial exemption from the fees submit the application for exemption for the fees for eductaional services for foreigners in the USOS system and attach supporting documents.
The applications are available in USOS system/studen't section/e-applications/submit a new application. Applications should be submitted after calculating the tuition fee amount visible in USOS system.
