pisma wydawane w toku prowadzonych postępowań administracyjnych w przedmiocie wszczęcia postępowania administracyjnego, umorzenia postępowania administracyjnego oraz decyzje administracyjne wydawane w pierwszej i drugiej instancji, dotyczące skreślenia z listy studentów, doręczane będą studentom wyłącznie za pośrednictwem systemu teleinformatycznego
